You really would have to take a measurement of the diameter and weigh it but my guess would be the same as @Orangeslice13 With a 30:06 or 300 win mag nosler 180 grain boat tail Shot from a mile or so at a 40 -75 degree angle. Is there a ridge line within 1/2 -1 mile of your house where someone might have been deer hunting the other side of? Is rifle season even open there now?My best guess is that it was 1+ mile away, probably a negligent discharge. It was about 8 feet away from me when it hit our house. Easy for me to laugh it off, but it was right where my girlfriend does laundry and where her son and niece/nephew play basketball in our driveway. Kind of nerve-wracking, but at the same time I feel like it's an once-in-a-lifetime kind of event that I can thank God avoided us and greatly decreases our chances of ever happening again.
Has CWD been found anywhere around Tennessee or Georgia?
That’s some scary ****
Was in Rural King the other day and came across an Anderson AR lower receiver for $49.99. Went ahead got it. The clerk said "how are you on ammo?" I said i could always use ammo. He said since you're purchasing a new gun i can sell you 100 rounds of 556. I asked how much and he said $35. I said thats a no-brainer.
With this election I thought maybe I should put another one back. So I went back and they were sold out.
