I think both can be bought with a thumb safety. Sounds like you’re a strong lean towards the Hellcat.

I know the sig can but I haven’t seen any around here. The hellcat has the trigger safety. If I saw a thumb safety sig I might jump on it.

Me too. He actually passed away 8 years ago but Dad has all the guns. This is the 1st one he has let me keep. I get all the others one of these days.

38 special. .22 pistol but im not 100% sure what it is. .45 musket ball but not 100% on it either.

Yep. There is also a really small .22 pistol he has too. Honestly I'm not a huge gun guy but I like reading up on them and researching them because of the family connections. Can't really do that until they are in my hands though lol.

Once you get started don’t be surprised if the bug bites you. Shooting is oddly relaxing and a lot of fun. Especially when you’re shooting family history

I have a Nylon 66. Well, technically it’s my sons. My dad bought it for him when he was born, said he’d grow into it. And he did!

I have one. Bought it new around 1984 or 1985. First firearm I ever owned.

Don't own that one, but it's a special piece to be sure. The oldest weapon I own is an Essex 410. It was my father's first squirrel gun and it was mine as well. I'd rather give up an arm than this gun.

Glock 21 is a solid gun. We used to carry the 21C. Very easy to shoot with the comp ports.

I have the M&P 45 2.0

However, I have the Kriss Vector 45 which takes Glock mags so it just made sense to me. I'll probably sell the S&W

I will say the 509 has one of the worst triggers in a pistol I've ever pulled. Already ordered the Apex trigger for it.
