The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

2 people.

It’s on my list. i plan on getting the white one. Cheaper than Dirt has them cheaper
Appreciate that I’ve watched some reviews on YouTube and I’m impressed. That site I liked also has an add on package that comes with a light, sling, sights, and thumb guard for an extra $200.

I plan to use it for a truck gun with my 19

So my Glock 19 MOS came in. Was supposed to have Ameriglo Bold night sights. Says it on the blue label. Open the box, standard Glock sights.

Ended up keeping it and throwing on some Tro Glo they had at the LGS. GT Dist is refunding the difference between the standard and NS models so it washed out in the end (except I would have preferred the Ameriglo sights).

Just ordered one (got the red to match the truck)

Saw this at a pawn shop a friend of mine owns. Not my thing, but a neat way to get more out of a Glock.

FWIW, I have a 30S. Takes 21 mags. So I'm IWB with a 10-rounder, and then a pair of 13-rounders for when it's already obvious I have a gun on me.

Speed, Surprise, Violence of Action.

I managed to turn an unwanted .380 Bodyguard into a Springfield XDS-9 for my new CC. Only had to pay about $50 difference in the whole deal, definitely an upgrade.

Love it so far. My first Springfield and am impressed.

I’ve got a Springfield 1911 that I just love

Looking for a new carry gun. The more I shoot my Beretta APX carry the more I dislike it. It shoots super low from almost any distance. I think part of it is me but part of it is definitely the gun, probably the trigger. A double action trigger on a small striker fired gun doesn’t work for me. I can hit my targets but I have to make too many compensations to be remotely consistent. Not something I want to do with a self defense weapon. I also know it’s the gun because I can nail a can with my CZ P10C from 50 yards. I would carry the CZ more but it’s a a little bigger than I’d like to carry for every situation. Some I’m looking at is the Sig P320 Walther PPQ, and Glock 43. Just something sub compact that I can get all my fingers on even if it’s with an extended mag.

I'd go Glock 19 over the 43.

Look at the Hellcat or P365 (XL too).

I have the P365, the wife the Hellcat

I only leaned toward the 43 because the 19 is almost identical to my P10C. I think the 365 and hellcat could work with the extended mag/base extension. I need a few options because you never know what you can find.

I’m sure you’ve shot both. Why do you pick the sig over the hellcat?
I prefer the hellcat actually, but the wife likes it better so I let her carry it.

The difference is minimal, but it just feels slightly better in my hand. Plus, there's an extra round with the Hellcat

On paper I like the hellcat better but was just curious.
