The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

The Russian contract Winchester would be on my bucket list.
You have an extra one of those?

I don't have very many unique lever guns. Most of mine are just run of the mill. I have one or two odd ones, but I don't think I have one of those. Sounds rare.

Dialed in the thermal scope today. Went well. Wife upset with me because I asked her to hold the frozen water bottles, but we got that sorted out. Came home, had a brief discussion about it, and I reminded her of her wifely duties. She must be planning on doing some yardwork this afternoon, because she is out in the garage trying to figure out how to start my chainsaw. What a good woman.

Any suggestions on a long gun safe in the 36-40" W range?

Specifically, does anyone have experience with the Cannon brand sold by Costco?

I don't want to spend $3-4k.

I have two, like them both. I removed the barrel rest inserts as they didn’t really work for me and I can get way more guns in there now. I also bought one of the pistol holding deals for the door and it’s handy. Has a plug in the floor so you can install lights or a goldenrod.

Check out rural king. I got a huge one for $800. It was a Christmas special a couple of years ago.

Thinking about selling a couple pistols from the collection to free up some money I need: Colt Defender .45 and a Colt Lawman MKIII in .357. Looking for price ranges I should start out at.

So, just say I found a great deal on one secondhand, but the inside is plain metal.... have any of you guys ever finished one with sheetrock, felt, and shelving?

I've never done that. Does it have a sandwich construction where it's metal, then drywall, then more metal or is it the exterior metal and that's it?
