Just finished a 3 person Palmetto 5.56 build with friends. Went great, except that they sent a .308 upper with one of the kits. Fortunately, my friend that purchased them is headed to SC tomorrow, so he should be able to swap out the upper. Crazy good deal with about $600 in each complete rifle, including MBUS and Romeo 5s.

Probably the very best budget striker fired handguns one can buy new.

I’ve owned a few and loved each one. They basically started as a copied Walther p99. They have just kept improving their own versions over time while keeping the pre-cocked trigger and also improving on that as well.

Their triggers are amazing. The reliability is really good and dependability is great (long term use)………because of this and the long list of features you get for the price “to me” make them a no brainer.

The only thing I could knock is if someone simply didn’t want to buy something made overseas……..in that particular case I guess it could be a knock.

For good but simply budget the Canik tp9sf ONE $320-$375 (prob today’s prices)

For a Cary version that can slash as a do it all the Canik tp9sf elite (15 round version) or elite sc $389-$450

For a great home defense/ do it all ( all be it larger carry) Canik Mete SFT or SFX $450-$480

The only thing I haven’t loved on some of the models is the texture. I solved that with talon grips (pro texture for me).

is she looking for someone who can help sell them or just access value. It looks like there’s some really nice guns there?
If you’re anywhere near Chattanooga I can refer you to a guy who can help you either way.
Edit: I would not sell anything to anyone with out doing research though.

Yeah, I think she would like to get an idea of the value. She has a family friend (was her dads best friend growing up) coming down to check them out, but I was posting here just to see if anything jumped out to anybody here. We are in the north knox area.

I’m a shotgun guy.
The savage is what jumped out at me. That gun could be 300$ or 1000$. It’s good that you have someone you trust checking them out.
Everyone who reads this thread regularly would love to go through them. Lol
Let us know what he says about them.

If that single shot rolling block says Winchester, it's special even beat up as it is. The value is going to depend on the caliber. The gun above it looks like a Marlin 39, which is a very desirable .22 rifle among shooters and collectors. At first glance, I thought the lever action below the black pellet gun might be a Winchester 9422, which is very collectible, but that big spot of wear on the finish is throwing me off and making me think BB gun. The other lever gun (two below the black one) looks like a Crossman BB gun.

The rest looks like fairly common stuff although the shotgun with the scrollwork on the receiver is probably worth a look, and as Slice mentioned, the A5 style shotgun may have some interest to some people. If he wants to unload, now is the time to sell. There is still some supply chain shortages that are keeping prices high.

One last impression, the stock with a squirrel looks like its from a Marlin 60 semi auto .22 but the action is clearly a single shot. Assuming it's all Marlin, I assume it's a Marlin 100. Could be something special.
