Of course it mattered today. Two days from now, not so much. We've been on a pretty impressive run. Those don't last forever in this sport, especially in the marathon of a season. A loss was in the works, and my goodness, Kentucky brought all their talent today in clutch fashion

so, honestly feels pretty good to be in this game at the end after shooting 38%

the thing that stands out to me is free throw shooting. we were 13/19 they were 16/18. If we are better at the line it’s a one possession game. If we match Kentucky's performance we take them into overtime.

If, if, if, if, if…….they didn’t. Someone besides DK needs to be able to take over In clutch moments.

They were the aggressor today. Blocked a bunch of shots and bothered a bunch more at the rim.. Vols played timid early or just flat maybe..Either way Kentucky was the better team today. Bet they don't shoot that well from 3 the rest of their season..

Lady Vol player missed two FT’s with 5 seconds left that would have clinched the win. SC player hit a prayer at the buzzer to win by one.

We didn't defend the 3 well .... Knecht needed a little more help. Give Kentucky some credit too. They played like the team that needed it more. Would love to play them again in the SEC Tournament.

Too much whining about fouls….look at the box score. Kentucky is a very talented team with so many players who can get buckets at will. Today, they stepped up their defense and played like a Final Four team. Just tip your hat to them, it was a great game between 2 really good teams, and either is capable of winning it all.

Their blocks at the rim were impressive. Aidoo had about 5 too. Kentucky is loaded with talent and their gelling at the right time. Glad we won't be in the same region with them
