I don't agree with sitting ALL players with 2 fouls. ZZ never gets in foul trouble. Sitting him is just a guarantee you won't keep his great streak going...

Mashack is probably our best defender and the most tenacious we’ve got. Giving him the orders to stay in his pocket and make life difficult for him may pay dividends.

We wanted balance from our offense. We got it in the first half. Time for DK to take over like he did against MSU and Georgia on the road.

Man, being up 4 after how well it seems like we played feels like a Big L. Defense needs to step it up.

In a way it does, but the fact we never fell behind when Kentucky made runs feels like a win. Would have been really easy for the early eleven point lead to become a four of five point deficit.

It’ll take a great second half to finish the job, but realistically, it would have been hard to ask for a lot better than a four point lead at the half when Knecht has been as quiet as he’s been.

We’re gonna have to drive hard at Dillingham in the second half. Pick up a couple of quick fouls on him and keep him planted to the bench. He’s been the difference between us being up 20 and merely 4.

I don't think he can keep the 5 of 6 pace on 3s up if he could he'd be a starter. He was in the zone first half worst thing for him, he went and sat down and probably come back to earth he's playing way over his head the first half.

True but I think some of the stuff going on with Knecht is beyond just being physical, some of it is downright hacking and dirty play. Big difference.

I don’t disagree. I’m just saying the refs have been consistent so far. If I’m Barnes, I’d tell my players to play tighter defense away from the ball if the refs are going for allow them to play.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we se more whistles 2nd half.
