The Official #5 Tennessee @ #10 Kentucky Game Thread, 8:30 PM ET, ESPN

Nice to see these teams that do a complete roster turnover have chemistry issues occasionally like Arkansas is doing and maybe Kentucky also. I recall Tscheibwe calling out his teammates last year for being too soft. Nice to support a program that has continuity and culture without drama.
Yep. I know next year will look a lot different and we'll probably take a few steps back, but I wouldn't trade the "growing pains" for being a one and done program. I know I witch about JJJ and Vescovi having histories of no showing, but at least there IS a history. Makes what they did vs UK so much sweeter. KJ, Springer and Chandler might have NBA careers and ZZ might not play anywhere after leaving UT, but I'll guarantee you, I'll remember his name a helluva lot longer and much more favorably than any of our one and dones. In all honesty, I don't give a squirt about their whereabouts or careers. I just don't see them as Vols. Guys like Mashack, Awaka, ZZ....those are the guys I really enjoy and appreciate. As if it needed any further confirmation, there's just a difference physically between any freshman 5 star or not and a 21-22 battle tested college player.

We'll be dropping back next season while UK trots out another group of 5 stars, but I'll still enjoy that season a lot more than if we were using the UK model. All that glitters ain't gold.

Latent LOM syndrome.... the only treatment is for multiple people to call them out for every stupid post. Even retroactively. Let's do the right thing and invest the time to bring their indiscretions back into view by replying with snarky ORANGE comments.

Bring the rat into the light.
U R L Rata Alata ...... IYKTYK.

Funny thing to me is that my big memory of KJ and Springer is when they decided between themselves that it was time for Kentucky to lose and they ran the Cats off the Rupp floor pretty much on their own.
