I don't pray for sports, but I am for this one. I have never wished for anything more in sports than this bunch to keep going. Barnes, Mashack and Z have done it the right way. They don't brag on their good deeds and hardships that got them there (In Z's case) , but other people do. Let's go VOLS. I can't even imagine this being the end of watching Barnes, Z and Mashack on a basketball floor together.

I had a good feeling about KY and I actually have a really good feeling about this one. Think we're locked in this year AND I think the SEC gauntlet prepared us for this tournament. Just like Pat Summitt used to do, ridiculously hard schedule and then we were ready for tournament time.

I’m fearful of a disappointment even though Tennessee hasn’t been able to close in the second half in the past 2 Elite 8 games they’ve played.
I’m still hopeful that Tennessee can realistically win if they dominate second chance points, win the rebounds stat, shoot above 50 percent for a full game, successful game for shooting 3s, along with the offense making critical baskets to win a competitive game.

I would agree which would put them in a similar group as Penny HardAway and the Shaq the Diesel O’Neal for the Magic that never could get the Magic into the NBA Finals.

If Chaz has a great game then it’s favorable for the Vols to win if they can again dominate second chance points, win the rebound stat, along with have less turnovers.

These teams appear to be very close in both talent and style of play. I suspect the team stat lines on rebounds, turnovers, etc to be close. The winner will most likely come down to which team shoots most accurately. Don’t think we need to do anything super human to win. Play smart, minimize turnovers, rebound, and make the open shots should be enough.

I know - easier said than done.
