The Official #6 Tennessee @ #1Auburn Game Thread, 8:30 PM ET, ESPN

I understand people's angst with Barnes now.

It's undeniable what he's done for the program, wins a lot of games, etc. But, I don't know if you can ever achieve the ultimate goal playing this kind of basketball.
So, you want Pearl back and play his type of game?
Players gotta execute. Clearly Barnes was po'd about the last possession not doing what he wanted

And there it is “the only reason it’s this close is because Broome is hurt”. GTFO we have a 9 man rotation too.

This is, however, the kind of game we might sneak up and win. We didn't have a chance if auburn put up 90.

Yep. The lower scoring this game is, the better our chances get. While not very entertaining, a game in the low 40s gives us a good chance to steal one on the road. Just have a hard time seeing Auburn not getting a little bit of rhythm going offensively at some point.

LOL. Nothing but praise for Auburn and their 22 points, nothing but scorn and "I'm disappointed in Tennessee" for the Vols and their 20 points. Never change, ESPN.
To be fair, the “disappointed in Tennessee” comment was in regards to how we are not attacking Broome, who is clearly hurt and slowed down by the injury. We haven’t done anything in that regard and it is infuriating.

Mashack may have to knock down some threes. There’s no way they’re giving any one of our shooter room to breath beyond the line. Gonna have to rely on wide open non shooters to step up. Our best chance is for Ziegler to play insane.
