It’s a rick fight and boring to watch. But it favors us.I get your point. Still frustrating to watch.
Like where we are at this far in this game
Call me crazy but his form has looked good on his shots tonight. That’s not always the case. I bet he hits one in the second half.Mashack may have to knock down some threes. There’s no way they’re giving any one of our shooter room to breath beyond the line. Gonna have to rely on wide open non shooters to step up. Our best chance is for Ziegler to play insane.
Banked in a foul shot , got bailed out by foul after great D but foul a guy putting up a prayer 3 as shot clock buzzer sounds.4 points there All breaks are going to Auburn & we’re just down 2.
To be fair, the “disappointed in Tennessee” comment was in regards to how we are not attacking Broome, who is clearly hurt and slowed down by the injury. We haven’t done anything in that regard and it is infuriating.
Not in today's game. Still have to have solid defense. But if you can't score you're not winning any titles for sure. Like you said, he's gonna win a lot of games, but not when it matters most. You gotta have offense in March.I understand people's angst with Barnes now.
It's undeniable what he's done for the program, wins a lot of games, etc. But, I don't know if you can ever achieve the ultimate goal playing this kind of basketball.
Our only effective offense. This should be options A and B...2nd half, I would spread the court, clear the lane and let Zeigler make decisions 1x1. Let him drive and kick when Auburn collapses or shoot that midrange. Or spread and let Okpara/Phillips and Zeigler play pick and roll. Again let Zeigler make the decisions. Over and over again. Everyone else is afraid on offense. It's embarrassing. They can cut to the rim when Zeigler penetrates, try to rebound and maybe we can pick up some fouls against Auburn.
