If a Michigan fan is honest, they'll tell you that the UM Stadium isn't that loud because of the way it's laid out. One told me, back in the 90's, his dad moved to Sevierville from Michigan and ventured to a game at Neyland. His dad said he had never witnessed anything like our crowd.I’ve heard from numerous people, WTF being the latest, that have said Michigan stadium is dead as a cemetery. Don’t know how they got rated so high. I think the people making that list just went on size and reputation but never went to a game at any of them.
It's built cowardly like a sad taco salad bowl.....upper decks in another zip code. Not many stadiums that have the vertical gain we do, where your still close in the upper decks. Neyland is Roman Colosseum on steroids. If a Michigan fan is honest, they'll tell you that the UM Stadium isn't that loud because of the way it's laid out. Welp I wasn't saying it was accurate.....but I do think it's funny that Okies be talkin trash about homefield crowd noise.Autzen is cool but 4/5 of Top 5 being Big 10 is absolute BS...
There is a very concrete reason that the University of Washington's Husky Stadium tops our list. That reason boils down to one day, Sept. 19, 1992, when Husky fans registered a staggering 133.6 decibels during a game against Nebraska — the highest decibel level ever recorded at a college football game.
oh. He said a dirty word.Sorry coach but Brent says they've had enough and would like to go ahead and end the game at the half...
