The Official #6 Tennessee @ #7 Texas A&M Game Thread, 12:00 PM ET

Are any of the Legions/Nega/troll posters going to give Barnes credit for calling the TO with 5 seconds on the shot clock and then drawing up the play that ZZ executed for the dagger?

Barnes used his timeouts well today. I thought maybe we could have called one with 47 seconds left after we went up 72-67 so that A&M wouldnā€™t get such an easy sprint down the court for a layup again, but other than that the fact we used 2 timeouts in the final minute was rare and also extremely helpful.

I think there are just Vol fans here today and most days. The game is not always pretty and the posts reflect that, kinda what a game thread is. Can't we all just enjoy this HUGE road win?

Meh.. obvious timeout scenario. šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚

All seriousness, if weā€™re going to say he canā€™t control guys missing shots itā€™s hard toā€give creditā€ for a great shot made. Jmo

Your point is still valid and funnyā€¦ but, and I donā€™t think I fit the description you mentioned, that timeout call was the easiest thing CRB did today. Also jmo

Gave the players the opportunity for success. That's what a great coach does, but can't execute it. Doing it over and over and over and over in practice is the key
