One thing that he said was that he hadn’t been putting the team first (or something similar) and that he told Barnes he’ll do what ever is needed to help the team. I’m pulling for him to be successful. We could sure use his talent in the next several years as Santi, JJJ, Gaines, Knecht, and then Mashack and ZZ move on.

This game reminds me of a “call your own fouls” pickup game where nobody wants to look weak by calling a foul. An inordinate amount of contact going uncalled right now.

Physical games often times favor Rick Barnes teams, but when the talent gap is this wide, a rugby game benefits the underdog significantly.
