Until we spend $$$ on high end coordinators and develop Oline we aren’t going to compete seriously at this level. All of these top teams have former head coaches or former nfl coaches as coordinators. We are still 2-3 years away from having a shot. Have to upgrade our coaching staff

I mean, wins and stats wise maybe. But I’m not sold on his leadership as the quarterback. He looks scared out of his mind every single game.
