Our secondary has been humbled today. Our OT have sucked per usual.

Everyone with no emotional involvement in this game all said we wouldn’t hang with this team’s WR play. Banks and this staff knew it too which is why I think they tried to protect them by rushing 4 and dropping 7 (don’t agree with it but they knew the mismatch with our secondary).

Facts are, our team is out matched everywhere on the field and there’s little you can do to mask that. Nico has no WR who get consistent separation, and when they do get separation, Nico is running for his life. Our OT have been abused in pass protection, again…On defense, our LBs and DBs are horrible in coverage. UGA exploited our DBs and LBs, and OSU is putting it on display.

This playoff shi+ kinda sucks. You’re at an incredible disadvantage playing on the road, and if you lose, it’s just over. Your 10-2 season doesn’t end with a nice trip to New Orleans or Florida or whatever…..we go to cold ass Ohio to end what we should be considering a successful season. These playoff games should be at neutral sites moving forward. The road teams are 0-4 and it’s kinda bullshi+.

Please show me an indication that Huepel and this staff are on a trajectory to recruit at a top 5 elite level. Because that's what it's going to take to seriously compete for championships. Plus our NIL budget doesn't seem to be in the same class as the OSU's, the Texas', the Oregon's, etc of the world. But hey, if you think it's cool to go between 8-4 and 10-2 every year and make a playoff here and there, that's fine. If everyone here is content with that, then that's the program we'll be. If you want it to be more, well, we have to demand more.

Cmon now. All year this has been the deepest team in forever. Our best corners have been getting beat like rented mules. Our $8 million qb hasn’t looked like he’s worth $8. Playcalling has been atrocious on both sides. The list goes on. We have underachieved.

Tennessee will learn from this loss and get better as a program. It's clear we need to alter the agreements with some of these guys to keep them from jumping ship too early. We came in with lots of injuries at key skill positions and desperately needed that depth.
