I think it can certainly work in TN’s favor. Everyone on game day picked the Nuts. I’d rather it be this than the opposite.

Good luck today Vols, I’m pulling for you! Time to get cracking! I think this will be the best game of the day, I just hate waiting 8 more hours.

I know throughout the show they gave an analysis, but during the picks all 4 mentioned the cold weather as the only factor. That is just chicken crap.

Cold weather works both ways and once you get acclimated it is not a problem. We probably sent the players in a rotation through a deep freezer for days. Weather will not be a factor. Cold weather makes you alert and aware.

Ohio State may leave this game never wanting another Night Game in December again. I seriously think the weather gives us an advantage.

Mind over Matter. Tennessee does not mind and Ohio State does not matter.

Merry Christmas to you as well. I’d love for us to meet there. If Stockton doesn’t make big mistakes it would be a very good game I think. I think Stockton has tons of potential, but it’s asking much of him.

Wonder if Heup would come out on offense with 5 wide? Feels like it would spread them out, give room to scramble.

SMU doing this against PSU with some success. OSU likely expecting 12 personnel and will be ready for the run

Guy I work with that is from Ohio said that a lot of Buckeye fans hope to get Mike Vrabel if Day gets fired. I know he played at OSU, but not sure if he would want to take a college job over trying for another NFL job.

Impressive hire but Vrabel is not built for coaching at this level and it depends on his staff. He loves the attention so he may take the job, but I don't see him being successful and gone to the NFL.
There is an unknown reason he was let go and my suspicion it was regarding two years of team rosters mounting to 93 and 91 team players due to injuries. NE did not touch him, but OSU has money and can fill the roster with 5* which would be enticing but would be very a injury prone team.
