Hate to say it because I am really pulling for Joe; but he didn’t carry this team on his shoulders the way Hooker did. Milton seems to be a great QB when things are going well; but he doesn’t seem to pull the team up when things are down

Milton is the same guy who lost his job at Michigan and lost his job to Hooker.

Milton can rip it 75 yards but he just isn’t a quality QB.

Vols are going to lose 5 games if Milton remains the starting QB. I hoped he would be the guy, but he isn’t.

Again, I don't know why but the pace of the offense wasn't like Heupel, the calls weren't exploiting the defense the way he normally does.

It was not a typical Josh Heupel offensive effort. UVA was a pretty normal offense and pace for us but today???? Nope.

Their QB exposed our secondary to the tune of 260 yards. Austin Peay. Unless somebody wants to tell me our defense was playing vanilla coverage tonight.

Honestly they were probably tired. They played a lot of minutes. I mean, they are hot garbage, yes, but they were ok until the fourth quarter.

Honestly, he made like three good throws in the Orange Bowl and largely wasn’t that good in that game either. If Clemsons kicker could make a field goal or Klubnik could play that’s a different game.

I would never use the words “ great and qb” in the same sentence when referring to Milton. Never

Milton cannot catch the ball for the reciever.. of his 1st 8 passes 7 of them touched the receiver’s hands, and 5 were easy catches for a d-1 level reciever, and he was 1-8 on those passes.
