Earlier in the game he was ejected, because the ump said the wrong number. So the ump (after a delay and during a video review) un-ejected him and just a minute or so ago, he got walked.

Pretty rare set of circumstances.

Well, technically speaking, all targeting calls are reviewed. The player isn’t actually ejected unless and until the targeting is confirmed via replay.
