All joking aside, I've been widowed for nearly a decade, don't do internet porn, and was listening to a Jordan Peterson podcast after listening to a nakedbiblepodcast bible study, after watching a Drachinifel naval history YouTube. And what appears on my screen during Jordan Peterson? An ad with a beautiful (and notably busty) Asian woman with the message "Japanese women are looking for American husbands" !!!!

All I can say is, Asian women must be looking for very unexciting American men!

Now I feel bad. Why aren't these Asian women looking for me?

Yeah it barely gets a mention here because it floods all the time. I had friends whose houses flooded in Hurricane Ike, then flooded in the tax day flood, then hurricane Harvey, then again in the mayday flood. They finally got bought out by FEMA after the 4th flood event in 10 years.

When Katrina hit, all my medical records were housed next to the 17th Street Canal in New Orleans. Luckily they were backed up on a server in Houston. Underground Houston.

Three weeks later, Hurricane Rita hit Houston and flooded the servers.
