Dammit, I was really starting to think that he was gonna avoid the DL too...So,

CF - Byrd
LF - Nava
RF - Lin/McDonald

Is that right? That's freakin disgusting! Adrian needs to man up and play RF when Youk is back we are going to need all the offense we can get haha

Starting to like what I see out of the Sox...playing together better. Youth movement is creeping in due to all the injuries...this will be a good thing in the long run.

Won't be in the cellar too much longer.

Red Sox have been playing really good baseball of late. We are basically doing it w/ a middle level lineup. I'm trying not to get my hopes up b/c I think all these injuries are eventually going to catch up to us.

There certainly might be more fireworks. Winning the game would be retaliation enough, but bobby v likely wont have this die quickly.

I wish Salty would have beat the sh** out of Scott last night.

If what happened last night doesn't bring this team together & makes them start playing some better baseball then nothing will IMO.

* Sweeney has passed his concussion test & has been cleared to start hitting.

* Crawford has been cleared to hit off a tee but can't start throwing for another 2 weeks.

* Ryan Kalish has joined High A Salem & is in the lineup tonight.

That sucks for you guys. I felt the same way last night. I have a feeling all of the rays and sox series are going to be great this year.
