Hey Gator Lovers:

UGA RB Washaun Ealey made a statement today that he didn't think Spikes should be suspended at all and that his fingers didn't get anywhere near Ealey's eyes.

I wonder what his motivation was for sticking up for Spikes like that?

I'm sure you all will have the answer.

Oh wow a whole half? Makes you wonder what they would have done if he'd put the man's eye out... maybe a whole game... but it's nice to see that Meyer has his priorities straight, rather than teach the guy a lesson let's bench him for a half so we don't screw up our NC chances. Thugs plain and simple.

Because unlike most you you on this forum, he understands that football is a man's game and things happen in the heat of battle.

"He shouldn't, I think, get suspended at all. We were just out there playing football..... I'm pretty sure it goes on back and forth... we probably do it and other teams do too. It's all football. We're just out there trying to have fun."
