Super polite, as was your "you stand corrected" line. So if you're an AD, your strategy would be to make a public scene that potentially makes your coach look like a pansy. You intend to do this without his knowledge, knowing full well he is a very desirable coach, his proclaimed "dream job" is rumored to be available in the near future, and he has a history of jumping ship. Yeah, I'm sure that was how Foley chose to handle the situation.

Wow. Either you really don't get it or you got so backed into a corner that you had to use the logic of a 6 year old. Either way, something tells me the bet wouldn't pay off very well.

you're regularly lost, but this is epic. There is no possible way that Foley cried without Meyer's input. No way in hell.

because he's the one writing the check. Since you're the beneficiary of your genius, the onus is on you to prove something you can't. Logic clearly isn't your strong suit. Hell, thinking isn't for that matter.

Focus. Pay attention. You seem to have forgotten the burden of proving your claim was on you. You made the statement, you back it up. You are unable to back it up so you play the "Oh crap, I'm screwed" card.

This is what "I had no idea what I was talking about and was made to look silly" sounds like. If you can't stat something, you should simply avoid it. While most of your stats were silly and or dead wrong, at least you had an argument. Now, you have nothing.

I backed it up. You insulted my logic, but provided no alternative rationalization or even a reason as to why my thoughts were flawed. I'll at least require that before I can surrender all my worldly possessions.
