The last time I was there the traffic was BAD.The earlier you can get there the better. It's about 2 hours and 120 miles from Chattanooga.

alright, thanks..If anyone has anything else that'd be super.

On a Saturday, the traffic will hopefully flow pretty well. Here's a trick that sometimes works. Instead of getting off I-75 north of the stadium, come on down past the stadium and take the University Ave. exit. If you get there an hour before first pitch you can sometimes park in the lot on Hank Aaron Blvd literally across the street from the stadium.

I always use the Braves Ticket Marketplace on the Braves website. You can usually find a deal in there.

Braves trade minor league catcher for Indian's closer Bob Wickman

Looks like they did pretty well. With McCann tearing it up and Salty waiting in the wings, Catcher is probably the most expendable position in the organization. I'd also be willing to bet that they aren't done yet. Might still see another deal for an arm.

get on I-75 south and just go straight youll see A-town, i think u go straight through it and then youll see a Turner Feild exit, straight through downtown i mean, yeah traffic can get bad while goin over the olymic pass to the stadium but not if u get there early

Good pick up fairly cheap. We also have Pena to take Pratt's place as chief back-up. I got to see Salty play this Spring and he looked like a player.

I like Pena better that Pratt, I went to a Bravs Phillies game when Pratt played for the Philles he told some Braves fans, like kids to leave him alone and he wasnt evev doin nothin, but i also love the speed pena brings also

very do-able

the announcer during the chi-sox/tigers game today was talking about the braves and made a gooood point.. something to the affect of "this is a group of young guys that we know have talent, and they don't wanna be remember for ending this streak so they are gonna give some people a run"

oh, thats for that mets dude form chattanooga to turner feild

The Mets dude is coming up from Florida. I think the dude from Chattanooga is a Braves fan. Thanks for the tips nonetheless. I'll get there early.

I think the wild card is very do-able for the Braves. But, the Mets won't blow a 12-game lead with 67 games left unless they literally start beating themselves. The Mets would have to finish the season in a two-month-long slump to blow that lead regardless of how well the Braves are playing. I'm not claiming victory yet, I'm just doing the math. Granted, the Mets are 15-15 over their last 30 games, but, then again, the Braves have gained just 1 game on the Mets during that time span. Great move getting Wickman, even if it does screw me over in a fantasy league. :p

Florida you should be Devil Rays fan, or a Marlins fan, or hey even a Braves fan oh dont laguh you know how good that sounds, livin in the ATL goin to Turner Field, man I think you should go for it become a Braves fan.

I am originally from KY, so if I spurned anybody, it was the Reds. If I ever move to Cincy, I'll be a Reds fan. But, I've always been a Mets fan. I may back the Braves if I move to Atlanta (maybe in 2008). For now, I'm not jumping off of the Mets and onto the Braves when we're finally winning. :biggrin2:

Youre either a Braves fan or youre not guy. I wont tolerate any of this jumping off and jumping on jazz. Make up your mind.

I hope Wickman works out, but I dont see how a guy with a 4.10 era is going to help anything. He sould fit right in with those kinda stats.

Maybe we can back our way into the wildcard, but I doubt it. The season was blown when we started it with guys that had never made a Major League roster in their lives and a pitching coach that belongs in the circus.
