I guess the uniforms are being unveiled today and damn, they ugly. Old logo and look like ugly Rangers uniforms.

I'd rather have any number of uniforms besides the hats they showed the players wearing in the video.

As if watching the Astros play on the field wasn't bad enough, now I'll have to watch them wearing hideous colors and uniforms. It'll be like watching the Marlins with that giant piece of crap in center field.

They keep showing blue and orange bars around names when they have people talking like the owner and general manager. It's going to be that ugly ass hat above :(

My gawd... look like the Tigers or the Braves with orange.

Do not like.

Uniforms are all white, all grey and white pants/orange jersey. The hats are blue(or black) with an orange bill.

Looked like s*** imo.

Their new mascot is a retarded alien that kind of looks like the philly phanatic. Minus the big nose and has two antenna things sticking out of it's ears. It's name is Orbit... :hmm:



I'm hoping they look better in the light but I doubt it. It's pretty damn dark on stage/field. Guess they didn't want to pay the light bill for this.

And the blue is just the warmups, isn't it... no numbers on them.

So all white, all grey and orange/white. So boring and the color combination, not a fan. Basically just ripped off the Chicago Bears. Might look more like the Broncos in the light, I don't know. I don't think the blue is as dark as it looks in the pictures although I hope it is that dark. Blah

Sad to see Bagwell and Biggio didn't get in. I never really thought Biggio should be 1st ballot but 3,000 hits is 3,000 hits. Just took him a while to get there...

And while I wouldn't doubt Bagwell took steroids, he's never been connected to them. He's kind of getting the shaft because of other players who were clearly connected to roids. People just think he looks like a roider and view at as impossible that he started hitting more home runs. As if all 20 year olds should immediately be power hitters and their frame should be completely filled out. In that case, Pujols is screwed. He got a lot bigger than Bagwell did and look where he was drafted. Bagwell was a 4th round pick, Pujols was a 13th round pick. It's apparently uncanny for Bagwell to be that good and hit home runs, what about Pujols? He was just passed over 30 times x12. There were articles from sports writers about how the Red Sox would regret trading Bagwell after the trade went down. He was always good. Anyways....

Both probably would have been first ballot if they played for someone like the Yankees or Red Sox. Biggio played three different positions over his career, catcher, 2B and outfield. And Bagwell was probably robbed 10 or 15 home runs a season playing in the Astrodome. Bags finished in the top 20 for MVP voting 10 times in his 15 seasons. Outside of winning the MVP unanimously, which has only been accomplished by a couple of others, he's also finished 2, 3, 7, 7 and 9 in the MVP race. 7 and 9 isn't that close but to consistently be voted the top 10-20 player in your division 10 out 15 seasons is pretty good.

Hopefully they'll go in together next year. :hmm:

Actually excited to see some of their games this year. More excited about a couple prospects for the future, but I'll watch them occasionally.
