I would say better than average. Getting fired doesnt make you average. If so Fulmer wouldnt be in the college HOF nor Gruden being in high demand every year. Far from pretty average.

Don't care about Gruden, but he was never fired by the Raiders. He was traded.

NCAA only allows 10 coaches total (including the HC) plus 1 Strength/Conditioning coach and 2 Graduate Assistants.

If Martinez was the hire at DC I would be critical but by all accounts he is a good position coach and very good recruiter.

Spoke with an Auburn fan tonight who had not heard Martinez had agreed to come here. There is an article posted on Thigpen that says he is the only assistant who has been hired off Chizicks staff.

Mark Elder has coached DB's, LB's, ST, TE's & RB's in his career. I'm not really sure where he'll be used.

Lot of ifs, but if this list is accurate, and if Tee comes home, then we'd have one spot left. Tee would be the WR coach, so who's in the running for TE/STs coach?
