Crew and rowing in the SEC has a cheggered (thanks, Bob) past.

Florida's and LSU's rifle teams had to ride shotgun on their rowing teams.

Alabama's and Georgia's rowing teams had a long feud over which team would get to use the theme from "Deliverance" for their rowers' intros.

South Carolina's team quit when they saw in print what they'd only heard... that each rower gets his own oar.

Never lived through anything that sucked worse than Harvey.

Yep. The devastation was indescribable and didn’t discriminate. Suburban area of 7.5 million people and it flooded every corner of the city. I keep bracing for the next one. I was certain the category 5 storm that turned last minute two years ago (and hit Lake Charles, LA instead) was going to wipe us all out. Constant storm ptsd.
