Tony V's bullpen management is sketchy at best. I have to witness this too often with Shitker and the Braves. Gotta be more careful in these situations, imo.

I’m not a coach either. The bigger stat is that this time of year…he threw over 100 pitches. When double elimination starts, you better know who you got. I haven’t looked it up, but it seems like his longest outing, and he’s still in the mid 90’s, yer gonna give him the opportunity to finish. JMO.

As a pitcher tires, he may not lose velocity, he loses location which is a good sign he is ready to hit the showers.
