Same here. An election campaign gets the world's attention for months. And everyone can agree he loves the attention.That is one part of his testimony I tend to believe.
People call him racist, sexist, ect ect ect. I don't know if he's any of those things, but the one thing I do believe is he's an opportunist. If he sees something ,be it a person or cause, he can use to his advantage he will probably do so if it's worthwhile to him. He may not believe in it or agree with those who do, but he'll be just lukewarm enough to get what he wants and be able to walk away mostly clean.
Running a presidential campaign might be the greatest opportunity for publicity that could exist. Can't think of much off the top of my head that would rival it.
