The Official NASCAR Talk Thread

The 3 ran a smart race he laid back at the beginning made it thru all the trash and got lucky 🍀 n the win. RCR man. Was hoping like hell Bubba would steal that one

I'm not a Dillon fan, but I had no issues with him bumping the 10 there at the end. Stay in the gas and have a chance to win or get out of the gas and possibly get wrecked yourself or at best finish 5th. Alot of blocking all weekend. Looked like rush hr on a Friday afternoon here in Atlanta...

I wonder if Jr nation will jump on the Dillon train now.

Just looking at the social media reaction (which obviously requires a large grain of salt)...a lot of them seem to be eyeing Bubba.

The 43 provides a connection to the past I think a lot of Nascar wants. Add to that Bubba's story comes across a lot better and more relatable than the Dillon's...

It would be crazy if Bubba won Most Popular Driver.

I just hope they can get more sponsors.

I’m very curious to see how the car looks and goes at the 1.5 mile tracks.

Top 10 after 50 laps

Ricky Rudd
Brett Bodine
Alan Kulwicki
Ken Schrader
Davey Allison
Darrell Waltrip
Geoff Bodine
Rusty Wallace
Terry Labonte
Hut Strickland

Of course my driver, Ernie, put it in the wall early.

Watching this old race it's unreal how much it's changed. There have been at least half a dozen spinouts that didn't bring out a caution. Now they make up reasons to throw the caution.
