The Official NASCAR Talk Thread

I’m guessing that Ricky’s dad will be the one that gets the most punishment out of this deal. I’m not sure NASCAR will like him getting involved. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with what happened. Ricky is a man of his word if nothing else lol.

Most likely. That is your scapegoat, which is pathetic.

If push comes to shove, I think Larson will stay in Indy. He has a legitimate shot to win, and NASCAR will grant him a waiver.

One of my favorite memories as a kid was going up to Dayton Ohio and seeing my grandpa’s first cousin who was in WW2 (Mid 1990s). My grandfather always went up there on Memorial Day as he came down down here (Tennessee), where he was from on decoration day. One tough old guy with eight toes and black on half his feet. Never said anything to anyone about anything regarding the war except for my grandpa.

We always left to go up there on Friday at about 6am, making it about 2 or 3.We would leave Dayton about 20 laps into the indi 500 and make it home about 100 to 200 laps into the 600. During the lead up to the 600 they would announce the winner of the indi 500 and it was always a shock.
