Wouldn’t preference be the early game for rest purposes….screw a prime time game for Northern Kentucky…go in and handle business and then get ready for game 2!

Yeah but I figured we would want to be the late game idk. My flight gets in at 11 and was hoping to work the 2nd half of the day and not have to use PTO but guess that is changing now.

I have a 5:30 flight Friday evening. So I’m not sad about the early game. Of course, we’ll then be at Disney World and will have a tough time watching the Saturday and Sunday games. I may have to watch on my phone while standing in lines!

Southern Miss isn’t as formidable as an opponent as they were last year. But still it’s baseball and anything can happen. They are outside top 50 in ERA. We have hit over double the amount of homeruns, they’ve only hit 68 on the year.

Their 2 main guys on the mound are Oldham and Mazza. We saw both of those guys in the Supers last year. Oldham pitched Game 1 that we lost. Mazza started Game 3 and we eventually got on him. Outside of that, they don’t have a top tier arm.

Don’t know much about Northern Kentucky, hopefully don’t have as much firepower as Wright State did offensively lol.

Baseball is now good enough to never schedule vacations till after Omaha…lol

Can’t complain about the regional at all. It’s baseball, anybody can win a game but we stack up well against who we got!
