Don't have 60 in the senate to break filibuster and orangeboy got shellacked in the House. Plus, I think Nancy digs dog walking Trump

Still doesnt mean it wont happen. He has at least 2 years left. And if he were to get reelected, thats another 4 years.

He should have done it when he had full control of government. He didn’t for one reason only. He thought it would hurt him during the midterms. Terrible miscalculation by him. He screwed the pooch.

I don’t the Rs would have went all in on it either. There were several up for re-election in close races. It was a cluster all the way around.

He didn’t even try IMO. Can’t be that important to him. Like every other politician it’s just words. He’s scum like the rest. And I am not even pro wall.

What is this thread about? Your proud a left wing nut is running a LAW agency and a CNN reporter just happened to be kicking a can down the road at 5am with a $60,000 camera and "lo and behold" here come 17 cars and 30 FBI agents with automatic weapons to arrest one 70 year old?

Presidents have affiliation agendas, Congress has affiliation agendas, our law agencies should work by the law and only the law.

I’m not saying he tried or didn’t. But I think he probably received word that he would be on his own mostly. I just don’t think he would have had the support needed to push it through.

And I would say a huge miscalculation by him. Everyone with a brain new they were going to lose the house. Did he think it would get easier with Speaker Pelosi? He’s more on his own now then he was then. The big beautiful wall was not that important to him. He chose political theatre which it makes him just like every other politician. The only problem I have with it is that many of supporters thinks he’s different. The only way he is different is that he is more crass. Now that doesn’t bother me. But he is a lying pos just like the vast majority of them.

He won't even be running. He is either: 1. primaried. 2. He doesn't run because he now realizes he isn't a King. 3. he is impeached or resigned. 4. too many cheeseburgers and fried chicken

There was zero chance of getting a project on the scope of a border wall or repealing Obamacare done within the first 2 years. When he said those things I was thinking it woukd take a minimum of 4 years. Possibly 8.

You could get it rolling. My guess is you would give him all the excuses in the world. He didn’t even try when he controlled all of government. He allowed planned parenthood to continue. He allowed to increase the deficit.

Seriously there are several posters on here who actually believed the shut down was designed by trump to lay off tons of useless federal employees. Oops guess that was wrong. Shocking I know. How is draining the swap going again?
