The Official SC @ #1 Tennessee Series Thread (Thurs. May 16 6:30PM EST SECNET+) (Fri. May 17 6:30PM EST SECNET+) (Sat. May 18 1PM EST SECNET+)

I don't see how if KY loses today and we win it would appear that we are tied. Seems like Co-Champions is still in play.
It is, but they are automatically champions either way. Just like in basketball, the unbalanced schedules create this. You have to share it when teams play different schedules.

We swept mizzou
Yes, AFTER we played KY. I was comparing where we were at the time we played them. We had played 4 common opponents who they had swept (12-0) and we had gone 7-5 against. We had swept LSU and they had gone 2-1 against Mizzou (who we hadn’t played yet). The intent was to illustrate “how they built their lead on us”. Since then, they have lost 2 series (one to us) while we have won every series (including sweeping Mizzou) but they still maintain a one game lead on us (pending today’s results).

random question: my wife, 3 year old daughter, and myself are going to our first vols baseball game on saturday. we have SRO tickets, and i was just wondering - is the Standing Room Only area in right field closed off where you can't walk around the stadium? It appeared on Tuesday's broadcast that there was some kinda barrier put up to keep SRO people from moving about the main concourse (but i could have been totally seeing things).
Update: my wife likes to spend money. MVP1 Row F lol

The KY/Vandy game. If Vandy wins, we get the 1-seed in the SEC tournament, correct? And if KY wins, Vandy likely misses the NCAA, right? If that's true, it almost feels like a win/win either way.

Correct. Maybe.
