Check that last column above. Barely perceptible accumulation. Play Ball!
Regarding the forecast posted above, in the prior hour's forecast, there had been some thunderstorms and the threat of lightning delays, but those have since disappeared.

So, yes, it is trending well for a day of wet but playable baseball. GBO!

Stale jokes aside, who do we want to face? While Indy's offense makes me nervous, there's that revenge factor from last year that makes me leery of So Miss, too. The NCAA put them here for a reason. I can't wait to see the umpiring crew assigned to work our game tonight. Yeah...

For me, it all depends on the pitching situation. I don’t think southern miss has had to use much yet but will have to burn another arm this morning. IU seems like have used a bunch of their bull pen with another game to go. I like our chances with either team having to beat us twice.

Hopefully we’re get through this game only using Z, Snead and Kirby. That way in the unfortunate situation where we lose we will have Stamos, Combs, Phillips and Loy all mostly rested for a game 4. Obviously Combs and stamos are the only two with legit trust but Loy and Phillips have had enough moments to let me trust them an inning.

Not sure what So Miss has in terms of pitching quality/quantity, but they only used 2 on Friday and yesterday Mazza went the distance. They should have a ton of arms to turn to. Question is...how good are they, are there a lot of junkers and/or lefties? Indy has a bit too much offense for my taste. I don't follow opponents much, but I'm under the impression that SoMiss plays small ball and doesn't have the offense that Indy has, but Indy likely has spent their pitching. Just not sure who we match up best with.

8:09 CT in wet and rainy Middle Tennessee. Still no word on who plays who, when, which channel. I’ve got my resources in front of me but, looks like it will be close to 11:00 CT, halfway through a sermon, we will know the answers to Vol Fans questions. The Vols played well last night except for closers but, a big win for the team. Let’s do it again this evening at 5:00 CT.

It shows on ESPNU that that there is a game scheduled at 5:00 central time(west tenn). Same as it was yesterday, on Saturday. I hope that is true............... I do not like watching on a computer. But it is better than nothing ! Personally I feel we have a better chance against Southern Miss that Indy ! However, I do not believe either team can beat us twice !
