I can’t recall fans ever clearing out early like yesterday in our regional runs. I honestly think it did have more to do with how long the game went on, but I do see Tony’s point as well.

That just means more baseball for your buck! Can’t imagine leaving a regional game because it ran too long, for baseball you budget 3-4 hours. Just more evidence that a lot of the tickets are in the wrong hands.

True. But Oldham, Sivley and Mazza used up. So who do you see starting for S Miss? Armistead? Colby? The way IU hits they'll be gone by 3. Both will be pitching by committee, some edge to S Miss but the IU bats are just better.

Where is that quote from? Midway through the postgame, you could tell he had a message for the crowd but was very cautious as to how he made the comment. Fans started off strong for a couple innings.
