An employee of mine in Lafayette, gave me a big cooler full of her fresh made boudin for the freezer.
I had some for game one on Friday night and in was the best damn boudin I’ve ever had….. Since we won and and it was so freaking good, had it again for game two…..again we won. So it remain on the gameday menu as long as the streak is alive.
