It’s a decent strategy when you can score 8-10 runs a game. When you struggle to score 5 in SEC play, those extra bases can beat you. If it were so sound strategy, everyone in baseball would do it. FA is the only pitching coach I’ve ever seen coach like that.

He was pitching coach of the year in 22. I will trust his approach. Everyone else certainly does.

That’s good to hear. I was worried about him mentally, getting moved to Saturday.
