When I say this, I mean being consistent with it. Auburn and UGA can make a run every few years. Kentucky every decade or so. But only LSU, Florida, So. Carolina, Vandy, Ark and Mississippi schools maintain that.

We’re in that group now. It’s far more impressive than it sounds, and far harder than he’s made it look to get in that group

We had good teams with Delmonico. Never thought we were going to get it back. These massive ballparks were being built and upgraded and we were doing absolutely nothing. Fans didn’t care, admin didn’t care. I sure as heck cared though. I’m very grateful for this staff and the new admins. I need my Vols baseball to be good!

I liked delmonico a lot. 2001 was the first year I really remember being a Tennessee fan, and all three men’s sports were good.

Tony will shatter everything Delmonico did if he stays here.
