I trust MSU more than I do Georgia. Georgia has the offense but their pitching has been just as bad, if not worse than Florida’s. You never know what is going to happen in their games. MSU has been a lot more consistent and if they take the series at Arkansas that will boost them up. It would be hard for the selection committee to leave out a 18-win SEC team from hosting a regional. And they know those fans will pack that stadium. It’s all about the money. Just my opinion.I think UGA gets the host before Miss State. MSU has 2 more SEC wins but UGA RPI is far higher with better wins.
I "assume" UGA will do better over their last 6 (@SC and FL) than MS (@Ar and MZ)
Hard for them to hit whenever they don’t have a live feed going into the dugout…Waldschmidt ends the 2nd inning with a popup to 2nd base.
UK does not evidently have choreography for that. But the Wildcats just invented baseball so they may be next season.
Arkansas 0
Kentucky 1
Top 3rd
Arkansas has 0 hits but have left 3 runners on base. All runners were walks.
Like I said, Arkansas has offensive deficiencies and have trouble taking advantages of mistakes.
UGA has been improving since start of season. Early on it was Condon or nothing. He is well protected now and I think their pitching has improved.I trust MSU more than I do Georgia.
