Goodness gracious you cannot hit a batter with a 1-2 count. You’ve got to be better than that. That crap can lose you ball games.

I blather:

I don't like to root for a sweep up front because it's a big "ask".

Instead, I really want the first game.

And then the second.

And then given the first two, THEN I'll start talking about a sweep.

Haha, it's like a slow begging for a sweep, but mentioning until it's a real possibility.

That's my own internal rules of rooting.

Do you have any pattern to coaxing out a win or wins when you root for the Vols?
