Well that wasn't on pitching. it was an error.
Scott was the least of our problems today. Had some good at bats, just got under that last pitch to dead centerI guess. Their starter was dominant and ours struggled. I thought we were fortunate to be tied. Same sloppy play cost them in the end. You aren’t going to win many games without clutch hitting. Christian Scott looked like he didn’t even want to be out there.
Ok. @OrngeJuiceJones your welcome here bro... work on your ABs and waffle houseNot this game. This game was lost. Going forward. If you don’t understand that, you have zero business on a baseball board. Vols have great pitching depth and that usually wins out. It doesn’t if you have bad ABs all night & screw up basic plays you practice every week.
Respectfully Disagree. It was the right call to PH a lefty for a righty who hasn’t had a quality at bat in awhile against a RH pitcher. Tears just missed a double down RF line.Would not have run pinch hitter in there in that situation. Errors (fielding and base running) lead to losses.
This team has a lot of growing up to do.
I'll be at the waffle house here shortlyOk. @OrngeJuiceJones your welcome here bro... work on your ABs and waffle house
Until the error we held #1 on their home field in front of 15,000 to 2 runs. Hate it for ya, but you're wrong. Not this game. This game was lost. Going forward.
