I truly don’t mind losing games. Even though it sucks. I’m mostly just hung up on the poor defense we’ve seen from this team so far this year. It’s a long season, but trends usually are trends at the halfway point and bad defense will send you home quickly in the post season.

That wasn't bad defense, that was pure bumbling incompetence.

Man, these guys had a chance. Just couldn’t pull it out. Good game gents. 1 base running, blunder, 2 errors in the same inning. Come back and got them. What’s weird is could’ve had at least t
2-3 more errors with pop ups where Christina Moore ran in front of Maui and then into Christian Scott

Super proud of my BaseVols for standing toe to toe with number 1 in their house.

Super proud of CFA and CTV for positioning us to avoid a sweep away at num 1 and to possibly steal a series win with some luck.

Three generations of my family sat and watched that gem tonight. One of the best games I've seen in a long time.

I really should go to bed because I gotta be on the way to the Box in about 7 hours.

Not into moral Victories but I’m encouraged by what I saw tonight. I think we gained some confidence tonight and grew up a little bit on the road tonight in a tough environment. Sucks we lost but let’s regroup and get game 2 tomorrow night we can beat these guys. Go Vols!

I guess. Their starter was dominant and ours struggled. I thought we were fortunate to be tied. Same sloppy play cost them in the end. You aren’t going to win many games without clutch hitting. Christian Scott looked like he didn’t even want to be out there.
You mean the guy who hit the ball hard all night? What the heck are you talking about??? Scott was dialed in all night.
