Yep. I think we’ll know a lot about how this game will go after just 1 inning. Feels like a good start will be important. Whether that is 0-0 or 5-5 after 1, I’d like to see us prevent LSU getting out to an early lead.

Should be a really good road test for the Vols tonight. I know Skenes is as elite as they come, but I’ll be very interested to see how we respond after our last road trip…

Just hoping we play well this weekend and show some grit on the road.

Now I know how opponents felt when they came to Knoxville to play us last year. LSU's lineup is ridiculous. Skenes has 3 earned runs in 37 innings? LSU has the nations best defense to go with that offense? That's just unfair.

Honestly, Skenes has made massive improvements this year. He was good at Air Force last year but he looks like a completely different player in Baton Rouge as much as I hate to say it.
