That’s a ridiculous comment by him. Team is probably paying for some of his antics.Luc said he’s not a fan of this teams antics while he was on one of the most animated teams ever. I don’t WTF he’s watching if he thinks this team is remotely close to his teams and himself. Eric Cain reminded him that nobody on this team has army crawled home and touched the plate with their index finger. Luc also quickly forgot barking at an ump after his HR at Vandy and inspecting his bat right in front of the HP ump.

WTH? Anderson missed the start of the season for this kind of thing didn't he? Gotta stop this crap and show some restraint. Getting a little ridiculous.Umpiring crew did us a favor by not throwing out CFA when CTV was thrown out. He came flying out of dugout to homeplate. Someone restrained him and ushered him back to dugout. Might have been Walsh but couldn’t tell for sure.
Not following you. Coach typically called pitches from dugout before the technology was introduced. It slowed game down to relay signs plus usually resulted in additional delays & mound visits to change signs when runner on 2nd.That is horseshit imho. It adds another player (the coach) to the team which isn't right.
I can see having a quick trigger on coach/player ejections based on history, but if umpires are calling games against us because of attitudes, then it confirms to me that the system is corrupt and needs an overhaul.Feels like this must be residual “butthurt” by umpires from last season, because unless I’m missing something I haven’t seen a ton of attitude problems from this team. Maybe words are exchanged at the plate that I can’t tell from watching on TV, but if anything this team seems to be a lot more mild-mannered than last year’s team. Not sure which attitudes have been bad.
I get that. But now there is a pitch clock. So the coach better relay his signals in a faster method or let the catcher call the pitch the way the game was meant to be played. But I am a purist. I hate aluminum bats and the DH.Not following you. Coach typically called pitches from dugout before the technology was introduced. I think this is all about maturity and experience. Last year's lineup had a ton of games and at bats under their belts. We replaced 'em all. This is a young bunch who will need time to grow into the huge shoes left behind by last year's roster. Following that team only adds to the pressure to perform this team no doubt is experiencing. Folks need to take a breath and understand that it's not just a saying....this team needs some time to grow and gain confidence.I’m curious, this group seems almost docile compared to last year. Do you feel it’s a carry over from the team or from others onto this team?
Yeah a week or 2 back on the VQ podcast he’s on. He’s terrible on there; he and Cain consistently insult the fanbase and say most don’t understand the game cause they just started watching baseball the last few years. No guys, some might have just started following UT seriously but many people have watched baseball for a long time. They fail to recognize we were one of, if not, the last SEC school to broadcast/steam our games so there was minimal opportunity to visually follow them.Luc said that? Wow. That feels harsh. Maybe I am just blind, but I honestly cannot think of anything this team has done yet that I would consider immature. We pimp home runs like any other team out there, but other than that I’ve seen nothing out of the ordinary. Guess I’m missing something.
Anybody from last years team saying anything about a teams antics is pretty rich. That team was fun but immature as hell.Luc said he’s not a fan of this teams antics while admitting he was on one of the most animated teams ever. Last year, so anything this year looks bad. We question balls and strikes by batters and the trash talk stuff. Not overkill but when you add to last year it is getting us in trouble. We have no room right now with umpires.I’m curious, this group seems almost docile compared to last year. Do you feel it’s a carry over from the team or from others onto this team?
