I get this translating to quick triggers on ejections but not on judgment calls. Plus, assume you are referring to attitudes of Coaches and not players? Players seem like choir boys compared to 21 and 22 teams. CTV and CFA are intense and I’m sure do lots of jawing at the men in blue. I’m sure some umpires tell their buddies “I’m not taking any flak form those UT coaches!”

JMO but Anderson needs to let TV do the arguing. Getting 2 coaches tossed is ridiculous & hurts the team.

One or the other needs to handle calls against our pitchers, for sure.

Last year, so anything this year looks bad. We question balls and strikes by batters and the trash talk stuff. Not overkill but when you add to last year it is getting us in trouble. We have no room right now with umpires.

I can see having a quick trigger on coach/player ejections based on history, but if umpires are calling games against us because of attitudes, then it confirms to me that the system is corrupt and needs an overhaul.

As an umpire you call the game legitimately regardless of whether or not someone hurt your feelings. If calls are going towards the teams that umpires "like" better then the game has zero integrity.

I started seeing it happening with the strike zone as early as the Kentucky series last year.
