For once we didn't get our fours blown out and look outmatched. Teams of the last few years would have quit. These guys didn't quit. Regardless of the outcome and could've been closer...I'm proud to be a Vol. The future is bright fellas!!
Sorry...I might have missed it but did Worley keep it once tonight? Not that it changes things but if the answer is no...well, then that says something for me.
really?....that has been the motto for years!! "we are young..we will get better" said Dooly in his first year...so what is the "excuse"
now?
Yeah, he kept it once for a run in the red zone. Then he threw an INT. However, with the amount of times he's been drilled he gets a pass for that.

hire some competent coaches. I like some of them especially their recruiting abilities. The oc has to go plain and simple.
Butch is a very loyal guy. He has decision to make. Ones that could effect his career. I say could....i love butch but he can't be hard headed...its pretty obvious
Dooley's 2012 team should have won eight games by just getting off the bus. The stars from that team went pro and the recruiting class that resulted was putrid by SEC standards so we were back in another rebuild. I think we are in the right track. Let it play out.
No disagreement there! That's why I picked #2 and believe and say we're better than given credit for.Oklahoma is not over rated. Their defense is lights out!
I feel your pain, but; this wasn't a "moral victory" of the past years. This was a showing of true player improvement and competition. :clapping: I do have some doubts starting to develop over the offensive play calling after that bone headed call on the goal line. I'm not an expert by any stretch, but; I would have ran the ball for at least the 1st down or a TD and went for a FG if that failed. :banghead2:I might have agreed with you a few years ago, but I'm starting to lose my ability to be optimistic with every loss against good competition.
