Also interesting that the official Titans Twitter is tweeting about Manning visiting the Titans and passing along Manning updates.

Gotta give them credit, they're trying to fire up the fan base one way or the other. Definitely more exciting than the standard approach.

We aren't getting Peyton according to Justin :eek:lol: I was so excited until I saw that she said we aren't getting him.

Everyone says he doesn't want to play the Colts but I bet deep down he would love to smash them at least once. I don't think that's going to hold him back from us.

Bud has gone all in on Peyton, he has basically handed him a blank check, and we all know what Bud wants Bud usually gets.

That can't be right, every single source hasn said we have 28.1 under the cap and we haven't signed anyone yet.

Who knows.

We still most likely have a deal set up with Babs and it's expected that Tim Shaw and Patrick Bailey resign before the 3:00 PM deadline.

Speaking of Babs.....

@terrymc13 As expected, the #Titans have agreed to terms with S Jordan Babineaux. It should become official later in the day when free agency opens.

As much as I was surprised we tagged Griffin, Babs & Griffin at safety wouldn't be the worst combo in the league or anything. It's at least nice to have returning stability there.

Even then we still have enough money to get Peyton, Hutch, and some of Manning's buddies.

And speaking of Patrick Bailey...

@tennesseetitans The #Titans have re-signed linebacker Patrick Bailey to a multi-year contract.

Just thought of this...

It makes a lot of sense to go meet Peyton in Houston. First, he'll meet with Bud Adams. Second, after meeting with Peyton, Munch and company can swing by and talk to Mario Williams, or have Williams come by and meet them, regardless of the way the meeting with PM goes.

At least that's what I hope.

Three-year deal for Babs. $$ undisclosed so far. Apparently he agreed to the terms of the deal some time ago.

Fail.

@terrymc13 NFL Network reporting that #Titans will go to Peyton to meet, with Mike Munchak and others traveling to Indianapolis.

Munchak and Chris Palmer are flying to Indy to meet with Peyton. Palmer coached Eli for two years.

Jason La Canfora just tweeted that Babs deal is 2 years worth a max of $5.2 million.

I can't be the only one checking his phone for Twitter updates can I haha?

Munch left the Titans facility half an hour ago.

@AlbertBreer Just to clear this up (not a big deal) ... Reporting that Palmer/Munchak will meet with Titans today or tomorrow. Location not clear.

@terrymc13 Hold off momentarily on Peyton-Munchak meeting. Munchak just left airport with Steve Hutchinson, says Paul Jones of Fox 17 who saw them
