Yes and he can sit this year and get fully healthy and put in work to get better. He's a lock to be the starter in 24.

I think Hooker is going to have a nice career, but he wouldn't have done it in Nashville. Outside of Haynesworth's two contract years, no former Vol as done a thing since the franchise moved to the Vol state. It's flat out weird.
