Winning because a rookie QB played above what you expected does improve long term success. And it makes a far bigger long term difference than the difference in pick 5 vs pick 10.

Also if you’re worried about a LT, most mocks don’t have any in the top 5 right now because of the QBs, Marvin Harrison, etc

Agreed. There's no Bryant Mckinney sure fire hall of fame player who has never allowed a sack in this class, but there are multiple first round graded tackles. The only guy I'd tank for is Marvin Harrison Jr.

Maybe maybe not. Maybe at 4 Harrison falls to us, maybe an Elite DB1 falls to us, you have your top choice of tackles. Dropping to 10 and your top target is probably off the board.

Use 23 and 24 to build the team around your QB. In the 25 class draft your rookie QB, let the last season in Nissan be his rookie year then you hit the ground running in 27 at the new stadium. Your QB's contract is 2-3 years behind the rest of the team so it allows you to pay the guys around him.
